1、四会单词:a station, a library, by taxi, by train, by plane, by minibus, on foot

2、四会句型:Shall we go to … by …? All right. / OK. Is this … for …?及其回答

3、三会单词: a theatre, a hospital, an airport

4、三会句型:Let’s go … by … Good idea. How do we go there?

5、歌曲:The wheels on the bus

三、 教学重点

1、地点、交通工具的表达。

2、句型:Let’s go to… . How do we go there? Shall we go… by… ? All right. / OK. Is this … for …?及其回答

四、 教学难点

1在实际生活情景中能运用所学句型。

2长句Shall we go … by … ?的表达。

五、教学准备

1、教具准备:写有板书内容的卡纸及多媒体课件。

2、板书准备:黑板上预先写好课题Unit 6 Let’s go by taxi (BC&D)和日期.

六、教学过程

Step 1 Free talk/ Revision

1 Free talk:

T: Look, what’s this? What’s that? (利用教室里的物品)

Look at the screen. What are these? What are those? (出示一些小汽车、自行车和飞机)

(出示一辆公共汽车)What’s that in English?

2 Sing a song.

Let’s sing a song about the bus, OK? 《The wheels on the bus》

Step 2 Presentation and practice

1 (歌曲结束后,自动切换到北京的图)

T: Oh, here is Beijing. Let’s go to Beijing by bus, OK?

Ss: No! (需重复问题,给学生时间思考。)

T: Shall we go to Beijing by bike/car?

Ss: No!

T: How do we go there? (可帮助复习三年级内容:But how? )

S: By plane.

2 Teach: by plane.

3 (飞机声音—北京旅游景点图)

① T:Now, we are in Beijing. Let’s go to the Great Wall. (贴板书:Let’s go to …. 和 All right. / OK.)

Ss: Good. But how?

T: By minibus.

Teach: by minibus.

② T: Shall we go to the park?

Ss: OK. But how?

T: On foot.

Teach: on foot.

③ T: Shall we go to the zoo?

Ss: Great!

T: But how?

Ss: By ….

④ Teach: Shall we go to …? (贴这个句子的板书,标上升调)

教师造句,带领学生读并回答,学生自己造句并回答

Work in pairs.

4 T: We have a good time in Beijing. We’re happy in Beijing. Shall we come back to Nanjing now?

S: OK.

T: Oh, here’s my new friend in Beijing. Her name is Lily. She wants to come to Nanjing with me. But how?

S: By plane.

T: Oh, it’s too expensive. Do you have any good ideas?

S: By train.

Teach: by train.

5 (火车声音——南京图片) T: Now, she is in Nanjing. Welcome to Nanjing. We’re all the guides for her.

① T: Now, Lily wants to read some books. Where shall we go?

(eat some cakes, to a snack bar; take a bus, to a station …)

S: Library.

T: Good. Shall we …?(手指板书引导学生说句子)

Teach the word: a library.

Make a dialogue.

S: Shall we go to the library?

T: Good. But how?

S: By minibus.

② T: Now, she wants to watch the opera/play. Where shall we go?

S: The theatre.

Teach the word: a theatre.

Make a dialogue.

③ T: Now, she wants to buy some food. Where shall we go?

S: Supermarket.

Teach the word: a supermarket.

Practice in pairs.

6 T: Do you want to go any other places?

(出示三个地点图: a hospital, a station, an airport,三个地点做好超级链接,给学生主动权,让学生任意选择)

① T: Where do you want to go? Make sentences use “Shall we go to …?”

S: Shall we go to the hospital?

Teach the word: a hospital.

学生造句,与教师对话:

S: Shall we go to the hospital?

T: OK. Shall we go to the hospital by minibus? (撕下板书卡片上遮盖的部分,显示出Shall we go to … 后面的by…)

S: All right.

② 同法教单词a station, an airport。

提示学生这里的the变音的读法,操练。

引导学生用Shall we go to … by … ?造句,与教师对话:

S1: Shall we go to the airport by minibus?

T: OK. Let’s go.

S2: Shall we go to the airport by car?

T: No. Shall we go to the airport on foot? (在by…的正下方贴板书on foot,提示学生造句时on foot的正确使用。)

S: All right.

④ Practice in pairs.

7 Summary: 利用图片复习地点单词,让学生知道What to do? Where to go?

8 出示南京地点图片:

① Hongshan Zoo  ② Nanjing Library

Practice in pairs.

③ Gulou Hospital

T: Look, it’s Gulou Hospital. Let’s go to Gulou Hospital.

S: All right. But how?

T: “But how?” You can also say “How do we go there?” (贴句子,屏幕也显示,读句子)

T: Let’s go to Gulou Hospital.

S: All right. How do we go there?

T: Shall we go to Gulou Hospital on foot?

S: OK.

④ Nanjing Station

T: Who can invite me?

S: Let’s go to Nanjing Station.

T: All right. How do we go there?

S: Shall we go to Nanjing Station on foot?

T: OK.
