3、提出建议。政府食品安全监管部门要严格把控食品质量问题，在这个问题上绝不能有徇私枉法现象出现。建立健全的市场监管机制，加强消费者对市场的监督管理。明确食品添加剂用量规定，一切监控要专要严。
